Has anyone else been following the connection between Trevor VanDyke and Denzel James Fitzgerald? It's so shocking to think that they both attended NCCU, and even more disturbing that someone from the same community could be involved in something so tragic. It makes me wonder what possibly could have gone wrong for things to escalate to such an unthinkable level.
For those who knew Trevor, he seemed like someone who was truly making the most of his opportunities, a real rising star with so much potential ahead of him. It’s devastating to think about how his dreams were cut short. As for Denzel, I’m curious if anyone has heard about what might have led to his sudden departure from NCCU right around the time of the incident. It just doesn’t make sense, and the lack of information just leaves us with more questions.
Sending love and support to Trevor’s family and friends. It’s unimaginable to go through something like this, and I hope that the investigation can provide some answers and bring a semblance of peace to everyone affected.
Has anyone else been following the arrest of Denzel James Fitzgerald in the case of Trevor VanDyke's murder? It’s hard to wrap my head around how someone who was once part of the same college community could be involved in something like this. Though we don’t know the motive yet, I can’t stop thinking about what drove Fitzgerald to this point and how it’s impacting everyone touched by Trevor’s life and the NCCU community.
I went to one of the vigils for Trevor, and the sense of loss was palpable. Looking at the faces of his friends and family, it was clear how loved Trevor was and how much he meant to everyone around him. This tragedy has left so many questions unanswered, and I can only hope that with time, we’ll learn more about what happened so those who cared for Trevor can find some semblance of peace.
My heart goes out to Trevor's family, and I hope justice is served. It’s a chilling reminder of how quickly life can change, and how our communities must come together in support during times like these.
Hey everyone,
I've been following Trevor VanDyke's case pretty closely, and it's just been a pretty tough pill to swallow, knowing how much his community is hurting. I wanted to highlight something that hasn't been talked about much — the fact that Trevor wasn't just some faceless victim or a statistic. He was a young man with hopes and aspirations, and, importantly, a support system that truly cared about him.
I know many of us can't wrap our heads around such a senseless tragedy, but it’s clear that Trevor had people in his life who really loved him. His love for football, his drive to succeed despite life's challenges, and the role model he was becoming for others really stand out. It’s a testament to the impact he made in just twenty short years. Let's continue to support Trevor's family and friends in their time of need, and keep his memory alive.
Thanks for listening and feel free to share if there are any updates or if you just want to talk about how we can support the vulnerable ones in our communities.
