Hey everyone, I’m hoping someone might have some insight or theories about the location where Billy Joe Glenn was found. Woodland Avenue isn’t exactly a high-crime area from what I've gathered, so I’m curious why he was there. Did he live nearby, or was he visiting someone? It just seems odd to me that this “isolated incident” would happen in what I’ve heard is a relatively quiet neighborhood.
Considering no suspects have been named, I'm wondering if it was someone he knew, maybe even someone from that area, or just random bad luck? It's hard not knowing the circumstances around it.
