Has anyone else been following the developments around the tragic case of Luke Gibby and Adam Woods? I can't stop thinking about the role of the third victim, Todd Waggoner. It seems like he was really lucky to survive, and I wonder what kind of information he might have been able to provide to law enforcement. I can only imagine how traumatic it must have been for him to live through such a horrifying experience. I hope he’s getting the support he needs to cope with everything that happened.
