I've been following Cededrion's case closely and have to say, something that's really been sticking with me is the vandalism of his memorial. How utterly cruel and senseless! It's beyond upsetting that, on top of the unimaginable grief his family is already enduring, they also have to deal with someone disrespecting his memory like this. I cannot fathom what would possess someone to steal a memorial cross—it just feels like adding insult to injury. The community needs to come together and keep an eye out for this kind of behavior. It's a small gesture, but maybe helping rebuild the memorial could be a way for us to show the Whitlock family we're behind them. Has anyone in the area heard about any plans to do something like this? Sending all my strength to Cededrion's loved ones. This world can be so harsh, but I truly hope justice is just around the corner.
