Hello everyone, I've been thinking a lot about Kenneth Dale Wilkins' case, and something that really stands out is the timing of the incident. It happened just after midnight, which seems a bit unusual. I live nearby, and that part of Beaver Dam Road is usually quiet around that hour. It makes me wonder if this was a targeted attack or a random act of violence. The fact that he was shot multiple times while driving suggests the perp might have been waiting for him, or maybe even tailing him.
