I’ve been thinking a lot about the car and how strange it is that it was never found. I mean, a 1965 Pontiac LeMans is pretty distinctive, right? You’d think someone would’ve seen it or that it would’ve turned up somewhere, especially given the color was either light blue or gold. It's like it vanished into thin air along with Norma and her boys. I keep wondering if it was taken apart or maybe driven somewhere far from Sacramento. Has anyone looked into whether other cars of the same model and colors were reported stolen around that time? Could it have been a case of mistaken identity with the vehicle? Maybe someone thought that car was hot property or something. Just thinking out loud here, but sometimes the smallest detail might crack things open.
