Hey everyone, Just wanted to share something I found while looking into Loretta Skinner Phillips' case. I came across a newspaper article from late August 1980 reporting on her abandoned car in Murphysboro, Illinois. What stood out to me was that the car was found with the keys still in the ignition and her suitcase inside. It makes me wonder why she'd leave everything behind like that if she was planning to stay somewhere. It raises questions about whether she intended to leave or if something happened to her unexpectedly. Has anyone else found any info about the car or any possible sightings between Marion County and where it was found? Any theories on the possible routes she might have taken?
