I've been following the heartbreaking case of Keon Alston, and I can't stop thinking about the immense pain his family must be going through. It’s baffling that Derrick Daqann Mcrae, the prime suspect, is still out there. With all the recent addresses he’s had, I wonder if he’s been using connections in different areas to hide. This case really highlights how crucial community support is in these situations. If anyone knows anything, no matter how small, it could be the piece of the puzzle that helps Sgt. Cody McKinnon and the Fairmont Police Department catch this guy. My heart goes out to Keon's loved ones, and I hope they find justice soon. Can we also talk about personal safety in the area? It’s so chilling knowing someone considered armed and dangerous is on the loose. Be safe, everyone.
Hey everyone,
I’ve been following the case of Keon Alston, and something I can't shake off is how crucial community involvement is in situations like this. It's beyond devastating to think someone like Keon, who had his whole life ahead of him, can just be taken away so suddenly. Keon was a part of this community, and it feels like everyone has a role to play in seeking justice for him and his family.
I know it's scary to come forward, especially when someone as dangerous as Derrick Mcrae is involved, but I genuinely believe that if anyone knows something — even if it seems small — it could be the missing piece the police need. Please, if you live nearby or have heard anything, reach out to Sgt. Cody McKinnon. Keon's family deserves answers, and we owe it to them to do whatever we can.
Sending strength and love to Keon’s family and friends. They’re facing an unimaginable situation, and it's critical we show them they're not alone.
Stay safe, everyone. Let’s keep looking out for one another.
