I came across some old news articles about Willie Kelly while doing some research, and I can't stop thinking about the lack of training he had while working that night. It's tragic that he was trying to protect himself and others without having been properly prepared for such a dangerous situation. The responsibility of private security companies to adequately train their staff seems even more crucial after reading about this case. I feel for his family, knowing that a simple lack of training might have contributed to such a senseless loss. It’s devastating to think that such a preventable factor might have made a difference that night. Does anyone know if the security industry faced any changes or criticisms following this incident?
