Hey everyone, I've been digging into the case of Gloria Ann Cruz, who vanished back in 1985 in Laredo, Texas, and something that's been puzzling me is the location she was last seen—Jarvis Plaza. I did a little research and found out that it was quite a busy spot back then, with lots of foot traffic and people milling about. Given how many people must have been there, I'm surprised there aren't more eyewitness accounts or anyone remembering seeing her that day. Does anyone know if businesses around there had cameras in the mid-80s, or could witness statements have been taken but lost over time? It just seems like there would have been someone who saw her, especially since it was broad daylight. Maybe someone here from Laredo remembers what the area was like? Or could there be a reason why Jarvis Plaza specifically didn't yield any additional clues? Any thoughts or insights would be great. Hoping there might be new angles we can consider to finally bring some answers to Gloria's family. Thanks!
