Hey everyone, I've been following Keith L. Childress's case for a while now, and something that's been on my mind is his hitchhiking habit. Back in the late '80s, hitchhiking was more common, but it always carried risks. Keith had traveled all the way to California that way before. Is it possible he tried doing the same thing again after the church service and met someone who wasn't as trustworthy as they seemed? I wonder if any witnesses saw him getting into a car, but maybe just didn't think much of it at the time. Anyone have any insights on cases involving hitchhikers? Could there be any patterns or areas we should be looking at? Would love to hear your thoughts.
