Hey everyone,
I recently came across the case of Quinten Bright, and it’s so frustrating to see his tragic story is still without answers. I was wondering if there have been any recent updates from the Detroit Police or the Cold Case Unit? It’s unsettling to think about the number of families who are still waiting—year after year—for justice and answers.
Quinten was only 24 when he was shot and killed, and it just hits hard knowing there’s been no closure. I know Detroit's backlog makes it challenging, but I’m hoping that with advancements in forensic tools and community efforts, there might be a breakthrough soon. Does anyone have tips on how we can help pressure or assist local authorities in prioritizing these cold cases?
Again, my heart goes out to Quinten’s family and friends. They deserve to know what happened and to see justice served. I'd love to hear your thoughts or any ideas on how we can keep his story alive and push for more action.
Stay safe everyone.

It's incredibly frustrating and disheartening to think about the sheer number of cases like Quinten's that remain unsolved in Detroit. This isn't just a statistic—each one represents real people whose lives have been shattered by unimaginable loss.
I wonder why there seem to be so many systemic challenges in solving these cases. Is it primarily a lack of resources, insufficient community trust, or perhaps something else? I’d love to hear thoughts from anyone more knowledgeable on these issues.

Has anyone here been following the case of Quinten Bright from 2016? His story is one that seems to have faded into the background, like so many others in Detroit. What really puzzles me is how cases like Quinten’s can remain unsolved for so long. Given the number of unsolved homicides in the city, I can’t help but wonder if it’s a lack of resources or something more systemic. It’s deeply unsettling to think about how many families are left in limbo, searching for closure.
Quinten was only 24 when he was taken away, and from the little I’ve read, he had his whole life ahead of him. Every life lost to violence deserves full justice, and it just breaks my heart that his family has had to wait so long for answers. Does anyone know if there have been any recent updates or efforts in his case? It's so important for the community to come together to support these efforts and hopefully bring some peace to those left behind.
