I’ve been following Daran Burkes’ tragic case closely and my thoughts are with his family, especially now, as his story remains so painfully unresolved. What truly stands out to me is how the suspect was captured just walking away after the shooting. Broad daylight on a busy street, and somehow it's like he vanished into thin air. Our community needs to rally together and think about the people we've seen, neighbors or just frequent passersby that match the suspect's description. Someone must've seen him before, maybe even several times. It's these little details that might help police make the connection. Daran deserved so much more, and he should not be forgotten. If anyone has seen anything, even something that seems insignificant, please report it. Daran and his family deserve justice.
