I can't stop thinking about how challenging it must be for Terrez's sister, who survived the ordeal. She's so young, facing a trauma most of us can't even begin to imagine. Not only did she lose her brother, but she was also a victim herself. I hope that the community is rallying around her and offering as much support as possible. Does anyone know if there are local organizations providing counseling or support for kids who've gone through similar traumatic events? It’s hard to fathom that with so many people around, the case remains unsolved. Hoping for justice and healing for Terrez’s family.
Has anyone delved into the area around Prescott Road, where Terrez Coleman was tragically killed? I've been reading up and noticed that there’s a lot of discussion about gang activity in that part of Baton Rouge. Could it be possible that the drive-by shooting was a case of mistaken identity or a random act of violence related to these groups? It’s so terrifying to think about how this sweet boy and his sister were caught in such a dangerous situation. My heart really goes out to his family. They must be living a nightmare, not just because of the loss but also because they still don’t have the answers they desperately need. Let's hope someone steps forward soon with information to bring them even a little piece of closure.
Has anyone else been keeping up with Terrez Coleman's case? I came across this story recently and can't stop thinking about his family and the awful pain they've had to endure. It's so distressing that, after all these years, there's still no justice for him. It seems like there were witnesses around when the shooting happened on Prescott Road - was there ever a public appeal for more information or leads? I feel for his sister too, having to recover from such trauma at such a young age. I hope that the community continues to rally around them and that somehow, someone who knows something will step up to help bring closure to this family. Keeping them in my thoughts.
