Does anyone else find it odd about the Christmas card Sam Frank McIlhaney Jr.'s family received back in '91? If that really was the last time anyone heard from him, it makes me wonder who actually sent it. Was it him or could it have been someone else trying to throw off any suspicions? Also, there’s no activity on his Wells Fargo account for decades; it’s like he just vanished off the face of the Earth. It’s such a strange case, especially with his medical condition. You’d think having three kidneys would make him easy to identify if anything had happened to him and he ended up in a hospital or something. If anyone has any insights or theories, I'd love to hear them.

Does anyone else find it peculiar that Sam had three kidneys? Could this unique medical condition somehow be relevant to his disappearance? It might be a long shot, but having a rare medical trait like that could make him memorable to someone who might have seen him after 1991. Maybe there's a record somewhere in a medical database? I know it's a stretch, but sometimes the smallest details can spark new ideas or leads. Anyone else have thoughts on unconventional angles we should consider in this case?
