Hey everyone, I've been following the case of Dewayne Bazille and I can't stop thinking about the community's reaction to his passing. It's just so touching to see how loved he was and how his legacy continues to live on in Baton Rouge. From everything I've read, it seems like people really respected him not just as "Lil Wayne," but as a genuine friend and community member. I stumbled upon a few threads discussing how he would often help local kids practice basketball at the neighborhood court. Even in his absence, stories like these show the positive impact he had around him. It’s baffling that there's still so little clarity about what happened on July 13, but I hope that his family finds peace and justice eventually. Dewayne certainly left a mark, and it’s heartening to see how many people are keeping his memory alive. Anyone else come across more stories like these? Would love to hear them.
