Hey everyone,
I've been following Shakeitha Johnson's case, and I came across something really interesting. I learned that the fundraiser held by her family and friends just shows how tight-knit her community is. It's incredible to witness them rallying together to support her loved ones during such a difficult time. It must have been a huge comfort for them to see so many people at the Little Zion Baptist Church on August 4th.
But here's what I'm really curious about: How impactful are these community fundraisers and gatherings in keeping the momentum of an unsolved case going? It seems like such events could not only provide financial support but also help keep the memory of the person alive and pressure on law enforcement to find the answers. Does anyone have insights or personal experiences with this?
Sending thoughts and strength to Shakeitha's family. May they find the answers and justice they deserve soon.
Has anyone else been following the part about Jamie Bailey in Shakeitha Johnson's case? I can't help but wonder what kind of information she might have. It's so frustrating when there's a person of interest, and yet the case seems stalled. I really feel for Shakeitha’s family—they must be going through unimaginable pain, especially with no clear answers. If Jamie was questioned and released, I hope the NOPD explored all possible leads she might have provided. It's hard to wrap my head around how, all these years later, this beautiful soul hasn't seen justice yet. If anyone knows more about what’s happening with the investigation, please share. It’s crucial we keep talking about Shakeitha and supporting her family in their pursuit of justice.
