It’s so sad to hear about Chad's case. I'm particularly curious about the light-colored SUV mentioned. Has there been any information on surveillance footage that might have captured the vehicle at a nearby intersection or a store in the area? It’s frustrating when such promising leads no longer seem to be actively pursued. My heart goes out to his family, especially his sons. It must be incredibly difficult for them to see a lack of progress in the investigation. I truly hope someone comes forward soon with information that can help solve this case.
I recently came across Chad James Murdock-LeBlanc’s case and was deeply moved by the ongoing struggle for justice his family is enduring. One aspect that has caught my attention is the location of the incident—Coteau Road near Erath. Does anyone from the area know if this has been a known spot for criminal activity, or if it was just an unfortunate coincidence that Chad was there at the wrong time?
It's baffling and frustrating that despite the valiant efforts of Vermilion Parish Crime Stoppers, the individuals responsible for this heinous act have not been identified after all these years. My heart really goes out to Chad's parents and his sons, Cainn and Caleb. It must be incredibly difficult for them to carry on without answers.
I truly hope that more eyes on this case can help uncover new leads. Please, if anyone knows anything, even the smallest detail, come forward. Chad's family deserves closure, and his killers need to be brought to justice. Your input could make all the difference.
Does anyone else find it incredibly frustrating that Chad's case still hasn't been solved after all these years? I can't imagine the pain his family must be going through, knowing his killers are still out there. Chad was just outside his home, a place where he should have felt safe, and yet these men robbed him of his life and his family of a father, son, and brother.
I remember reading about the SUV in earlier reports, but if law enforcement hasn't been able to track it down, does that mean it might have been stolen or using fake plates? It just feels like there should be more clues given the nature of the attack, but then again, I know these cases can be tough. I hope that someone in the community remembers a bit more about that night and decides to speak up. Every little piece of information could help bring some peace to Chad's loved ones.
