Has anyone else been following the case of Antoneo Wiley, aka "Big Tone"? The tragic reality is, his story mirrors so many others from Detroit—loved ones left without answers, grappling in the dark for any piece of information that could bring them some peace. I've been thinking about the role the community could play in these unsolved cases. Detroit has such a strong spirit and sense of unity, maybe those who knew Big Tone or lived nearby could come together and share anything they might have noticed around the time of his death. It's frustrating how often these cases don't get solved, leaving families stuck in an endless wait for justice. I really hope more people start stepping up, not just for Antoneo, but for all the families yearning for closure. Every tip, no matter how small, could mean the world to them. ??

Have any of you looked into the environmental factors around Country West Apartments during that time? I wonder if there could be anything significant about the location itself that might relate to what happened to Big Tone. The area has its fair share of crime, but could there have been anything specific going on there in December 2016? Maybe people who lived nearby noticed something out of the ordinary leading up to or right after his death. It just baffles me how a man like Antoneo, who had people who cared about him, ended up in such a tragic situation without anyone coming forward with solid information. It's frustrating to think that fear or indifference might be stopping progress in this case. If anyone is from that neighborhood or knows someone who was around back then, any detail could be valuable to this investigation. Even small things might help jog the memory of a potential witness. Let's keep supporting his family and push for the truth to come out.

Hey all, I’ve been looking into the Antoneo Wiley murder, and what sticks out to me is the lack of cooperation from witnesses. It’s so frustrating to think there are people out there who might know something but won’t speak up. I totally get that there might be fear involved, especially given the area’s tough reputation, but keeping quiet isn't helping anyone. There’s a family out there who’s been living for years without answers or peace. It seems like every time I read about another unsolved case in Detroit, it all comes back to the same issues. I wonder what more can be done to encourage people to come forward. Maybe more community outreach or programs that ensure anonymity and safety for those who do offer tips? Just brainstorming here, but there’s got to be a way to bridge this gap between the community and law enforcement. If you have any thoughts or ideas on how things could change, or any experiences with trying to solve something like this, I’d really love to hear them. Let’s keep the conversation going and hope for justice for Big Tone’s family. Stay safe, everyone.
