I've been following the tragic case of Lacey LeBlanc and her daughter, and one detail that stands out to me is Millet's previous charges of domestic abuse and cruelty to juveniles. It's so frustrating and disheartening to see these red flags in someone's past, and yet it still culminated in such a horrible outcome. It's all too common for histories of violence to be overlooked or not taken as seriously as they should be. I can't imagine the pain Lacey's family is going through, knowing that this could have potentially been prevented. My thoughts are with them as they try to find peace in this nightmare. I hope that by discussing these issues openly, we can push for more awareness and protection for those who might be in similar situations. ?

I can't stop thinking about Lacey's role as a nurse and how she must have touched so many lives with her work. People in the medical field have such a powerful way of affecting the world, and I can't imagine how her coworkers and patients are dealing with this loss. Knowing she was so compassionate and dedicated just adds another layer to the tragedy. What's really bothering me is how someone with such a giving nature ended up in such a horrifying situation. It's such a tough reminder to always be aware of who you let into your life, especially when they have a history like Millet's. My heart goes out to Lacey's family, her friends, and all the people she had helped and inspired through her career.
