Has anyone else looked into the timeline concerning that farm search near Eddyville? I find it odd how that particular place ended up being chosen for a search. From what I've read, the farm was linked to people known to Dennison but apparently didn’t hold any concrete leads. It just makes me wonder whether there was some specific intel that led investigators there, or if it was more about following up any and all connections, given the small community. Also, with the laundry left hanging and food partially prepared, it seems obvious he didn't plan on going far. I’ve been trying to retrace the possible routes from his house to anywhere within walking distance when considering his health conditions and how he might’ve managed without his cane. It’s frustrating how sparse the details are after all these years, but maybe fresh eyes can catch something previously overlooked. Thoughts?
Hey everyone, I wanted to bring attention to a curious part of Dennison Clark Stookesberry's case that often gets overlooked. Has anyone else noticed the significance of the butter left on the table and the deer steak in the microwave? It seems like he was interrupted in the middle of his daily routine, right? For someone with his health issues, keeping up with meals would have been crucial. It makes me wonder if he was expecting someone or if someone knocked at the door right at that moment. Maybe it's nothing, but I find it odd and can’t shake the feeling that it's a clue. Could it imply he knew whoever was at the door and didn’t feel threatened initially? Also, the fact that he left his laundry outside is strange. You’d think he'd at least bring it in if he were stepping out, especially with how cold February can get in Iowa. Thoughts?
Has anyone here looked into the significance of the location he was last seen? I'm curious about the area around his home and the bar he visited that night. It's a small community, so you'd think someone might have noticed something unusual. It seems strange that he vanished so completely, especially given he didn't have a car to go far. Could there have been witnesses or maybe some chatter at the bar that went unnoticed? Sometimes people talk without realizing they hold vital clues. If locals remember anything odd or someone acting suspiciously around that time, it might be worth revisiting. It's like he just disappeared into thin air, and that doesn't just happen.
