I've been thinking a lot about Craig Thomas's case, specifically the community's response after Kendrick Davis's arrest. It’s reassuring to see how many people in Baton Rouge came together to support Craig's family and friends—proof that even in the worst of times, there’s still a sense of unity and care. From what I've gathered, there have been numerous candlelight vigils and community meetings advocating for peace and justice in his honor. These gatherings not only provide comfort to those who knew Craig but also serve as a vital reminder of the need to address the broader issue of gun violence. I’d love to hear if anyone attended these events or has thoughts on how these community actions might lead to lasting change. It’s just so crucial we keep Craig’s legacy alive by striving for a safer community for everyone.
