I've been following Joshua Robert's case since it happened, and I can't help but feel for his friends and family during this incredibly difficult time. One aspect that hasn't been talked about much is the location where the incident happened—it was in a part of New Orleans that's seen its share of violence. It's tragic how areas like this become almost overlooked until something as devastating as Joshua's murder happens. I think we, as a community, need to remember the importance of talking about these neighborhoods and not just when something terrible occurs. They deserve attention and resources to curb the violence that has affected so many lives, including Joshua's. My heart goes out to everyone who knew him, and I hope that by bringing light to these issues, we can prevent more tragedies in the future.
