I wanted to bring up something about the removal of the juror during Jaylon Brown's trial. It's so concerning to think a juror could be removed for falling asleep multiple times. I can't imagine how frustrating that must have been for everyone involved, especially Dararius Evans’ family, just hoping for a fair trial. The defense insisted it violated Brown's rights, but then again, how can you ensure a fair process with someone not paying full attention? It's crucial that every juror understands the weight of their responsibility, because it was literally a matter of life and death. I hope that Dararius' family finds some comfort in knowing that the court saw this and acted to maintain the integrity of the trial, even if it's small solace amidst their grief. Always thinking of the families who have to relive these tragic moments in court.
