Did anyone else feel a chill run down their spine when they read about Sonny riding a bicycle in his underwear after the crime? I can't begin to imagine the shock Angela must have felt seeing her father like that and hearing his confession. It's such a surreal and haunting image that stuck with me. The thought of the police stumbling upon such an eerie scene is unsettling. Baldwin isn’t a big town, and it's jarring how the sense of normalcy was shattered. My heart truly goes out to Sandra's family and friends. I hope they find strength during this incredibly difficult time. It also makes me wonder if there were any warning signs leading up to this tragedy that might have been overlooked. Domestic violence is such a pervasive issue, and it's terrifying to think how it can escalate to such a tragic outcome.

Has anyone else been following the testimony from the neighbors in Sandra LeBlanc's case? I can’t stop thinking about how eerie it must have been for them, living next door and having no idea that something so tragic was unfolding right beside them. It's impossible to imagine what Sandra's family is going through. From what I’ve read, she seemed like such a kind and wonderful person who was loved by her community. It’s unsettling to consider all the signs of domestic troubles that might have gone unnoticed over the years. I hope more awareness is raised around these issues to help prevent such tragedies in the future. Sending my thoughts and prayers to Sandra’s loved ones during this incredibly difficult time.

Has anyone else come across info about the response time of the Baldwin Police when they got Angela's call? I'm curious because it sounds like an incredibly tough situation for the officers to walk into, especially given how small Baldwin is. It seems like everyone knew Sandra, and for the responders, that must have been an emotional challenge. I've been thinking a lot about the toll these calls take on first responders, and it’s a heartbreaking reality of small-town life where often the people involved are known personally. My heart goes out to Sandra's family, but also to those officers showing up to scenes like this. Anyone with connections to law enforcement in small towns able to shed some light on how they handle these close-to-home situations?
