I was reading about the jury's quick decision in Joshua Parks' trial—just 30 minutes to decide guilty. It's a stark reflection of how clear-cut they saw the evidence against him. This case also reminds me how important it is for everyone to learn ways to de-escalate situations before they spiral out of control.
