Hey everyone, I've been thinking a lot about Derrick "Duce" Williams Jr. and what an incredible person he must have been, especially by how his loved ones speak so highly of him. I came across some information about his funeral services and I can't stop wondering about how hard it must've been for his family to say goodbye under those COVID-19 restrictions. Losing someone is painful enough without having to deal with the added burden of a pandemic. It's so evident that he was deeply loved, considering how many family members and friends came together to honor him, even with masks and distancing. It just makes you think about the strength it takes to go through something like this during such isolated times. I wish them peace and comfort. Does anyone know if there have been any community efforts or vigils held in his memory? It seems like he was such a major part of his community. I'm just hoping that his memory continues to shine bright while they search for answers and justice. Stay kind, everyone. ?️ ---

I’ve been following Derrick Williams Jr.’s case closely, and it’s so tough to see a family without answers for this long. It’s incredibly frustrating how there's still no clear info or updates from the authorities or media about suspects or leads. I genuinely hope the investigation is progressing behind the scenes. His loved ones deserve clarity and justice. Sending strength to the family and especially to little Kingston—it’s unimaginable growing up without your dad and knowing those responsible are still out there. Let’s keep their family in our thoughts and continue sharing Derrick’s story to keep the pressure on until they get the answers they need.
