Has anyone looked into the area where Jacquaves Harrell was found? I’m curious to know if there have been any other incidents around the I-10 Service Road area that could be connected. It’s such a tragedy what happened to him, and I wonder if understanding more about that neighborhood might shed some light on possible leads. His family, especially his young son, deserves answers.
