They describe him as someone who always went above and beyond for others. It's hard to imagine the pain his fiancé, Javetta, must be enduring, not being able to find justice or answers. This kind of unsolved tragedy underscores the need for communities to receive the support they need from law enforcement. Hoping someone out there might have information that can finally bring some peace and answers to his loved ones.
