Hey everyone,
I just can’t stop thinking about the impact on Jerilyn "GeeGee" Robottom’s family, especially her son Raheem. Losing a mom in such a way must be beyond devastating, and I can’t imagine the emotions he’s going through right now. I read that her father, Hubert, is still around, and it just breaks my heart to think of him outliving his daughter.
What really gets me is how this case is still wide open, despite the initial thoughts of it being self-inflicted. It makes you wonder if there could be something more beneath the surface. Has anyone from the Hahnville area noticed if the family has made any public statements or been involved in community events since this happened? Sometimes those closest to the situation pick up on things that outsiders can't see.
If anyone's seen anything or heard any chatter that could be relevant, let's try to help Raheem and Hubert get some clarity. Justice for GeeGee needs to be had, whatever that looks like. It’s a reminder of how precious life is and how quickly it can be altered.

It’s been a year since GeeGee was found, and I still can’t stop thinking about her tragic death. The situation being ruled a possible self-inflicted gunshot is raising so many questions in my mind. GeeGee was a beloved member of her community and, by all accounts, full of life. It's hard to reconcile how someone so vibrant and loved could have ended up like this.
Has anyone on here come across any updates or new developments? I find it strange that the gun was just there. What makes it even more mysterious is that nothing is completely ruled out yet. Surely someone must have seen or heard something suspicious around Pine Street. If anyone has anything, even the tiniest detail, please reach out to the authorities. GeeGee deserves justice, and her family deserves answers and peace.
