I've been following David Martins' case since it happened, and it's truly devastating that there's still no resolution for his family and friends after all these years. I was just thinking about how events like the funeral mass at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church must have been such an emotional gathering, not just for the family but for everyone in the community who knew him. It's so important in times like these to hold on to those memories and support one another. I can't begin to imagine the pain of losing someone to violence like this. Also, with the second victim being a teenager who survived but was critically injured, sometimes it makes me wonder about the long-lasting impact on their life as well. The trauma of surviving something like that can’t be easy to navigate. Really hoping the police get more leads soon. If anyone on here has any new information or thoughts on what happened that night, your input could be invaluable in helping bring justice to both of these individuals and their families.

Hey everyone, I've been thinking a lot about the role of community support in these tragic situations, like the case of David Martins. It's been so long, and it breaks my heart that his family and friends still don’t have answers. I can only imagine how hard it must be to keep going without closure. Witnesses are often hesitant to come forward, but maybe sharing our experiences or encouraging open dialogues could lead to new insights. The community response at his funeral and how everyone came together meant a lot, I'm sure. If you've ever been part of a community effort like this, how did it help in healing or finding justice? Let's keep this conversation going so his memory stays alive, and maybe we can help in some way.

I’ve been following the David Martins case, and my heart goes out to his family and friends who are still searching for answers over a decade later. Living in Dorchester, I remember the fear that swept through our neighborhood after the shooting that night near Hemenway Park. It's deeply unsettling to think that such a tragedy occurred, and how the people responsible have yet to be held accountable. Given the time that has passed, I really hope that someone who knows something finds the courage to speak up. It's never too late for justice, and David's family deserves closure. Sending love and strength to them and to everyone affected by this case.
