Has anyone looked into Albert Kalchellek's background before he got involved with Bugs Moran's gang? I was reading recently about how he was actually born in Germany before moving to the US. It's so tragic to think about how someone who came from such a different place ended up losing his life in such a violent way, far from where his story began. I can't help but wonder if there are family members in Germany who heard about his death and what they went through upon learning about it. It's a stark reminder of the many lives these gang conflicts touched and how far the ripples of violence could spread—even across oceans.

Hey everyone, I've been diving deep into the St. Valentine's Day Massacre, and I can't stop thinking about the role of deception in this tragic event. It's chilling to think about how Albert Kalchellek (aka Jim Clark) and the others might have felt a sense of relief seeing "police officers" enter the garage, only for that illusion to shatter in an instant. The use of fake uniforms was such a sinister, yet cunning tactic. It shows how manipulative and ruthless the gang warfare was during that time, and it makes me feel for the families of these men who had to live with the uncertainty and horror of those days. It's just so sad that trust could be so easily exploited in such a brutal way. What does everyone else think about the psychological impact of this aspect of the case? Would love to hear your thoughts.
