Has anyone else been following the oddities surrounding the Volkswagen Beetle linked to Dr. Sullivan's case? I find it so curious that the police zeroed in on that specific 1968 Beetle with Maryland plates. It seems like a crucial lead but tracking down a nearly three-decade-old car across state lines must have been a real challenge for the task force. I can only imagine how tough it was for the family waiting for answers back then. It makes me wonder about the forensic tech available in the early '90s and just how much legwork went into gathering enough evidence to charge Jonathan Haynes. Anyone with experience or knowledge on how investigations were carried out back then, especially with vehicles involved? Would love to hear more about the role the Beetle played in building the case!
