Does anyone know if there were any community searches organized for Jerry Cheeseman back in 2013? I was curious about whether locals came together to search the areas around Tabertown Street or if any mapping of possible routes he might have taken was done. Given that Jerry had schizophrenia and might have been disoriented, it seems likely he could have wandered off the beaten path. I’ve seen how community searches can sometimes cover ground that official searches miss, and I'm wondering if there were any efforts along those lines or if more could be done even now. If he didn’t have a permanent residence, it must have been tough for him to have many consistent connection points. Maybe someone who used to be at the Light House Mission with him might have an idea of where he liked to go. Let's keep ideas circulating – it only takes one small detail to break a case like this open.
