Has anyone else read about the inconsistent witness testimonies in the David Kennedy case? It’s truly puzzling how several people who knew him had different stories about his whereabouts on those last few days. While I understand that's not uncommon in cases like this, it just makes everything even more confusing. I can't imagine how difficult it is for his family and friends to deal with these uncertainties on top of their loss. Hoping the legal system can sift through the noise and get to the truth. Does anyone have insights on why this often happens in homicide investigations?
