I can't stop thinking about the role that FaceTime played in Blake's tragic death. I can't even imagine the shock and confusion his friend must have felt in those moments. It's such an unfathomable position to be in, witnessing something so traumatic from a distance with absolutely no ability to intervene. It's a troubling reminder of how technology connects us in ways we never expected. I hope his friend is getting the support they need to process this experience and that it doesn't overshadow the happy memories they had with Blake. Sending love to everyone who knew him.
