I was reading up on Raymon Kendricks' case, and something that's been on my mind is the impact this tragedy must have had on his children, especially with him being such a family-oriented person. Losing a parent in such a violent and sudden way is unimaginable. While it's somewhat comforting to know that justice was served with the arrest and sentencing, I'm certain that the emotional scars for his kids and fiancée, Andrea, will take a long time to heal. I hope they’re surrounded by a supportive community during this tough time. Does anyone know if there are local resources or groups in Rockford that help families of crime victims? It would be great if we could share valuable information or ways the community has rallied around them to offer support.
