Does anyone know if there were witnesses who saw what happened during the boating accident involving Douglas Foster? With such a busy holiday, there must have been people around Commencement Bay who might have seen something firsthand. It's strange to me that no one seems to have come forward with more details. Sometimes it's the little details or a fresh perspective that helps break something open. Maybe someone remembers something small but significant from that day? Was the weather bad or anything that might have contributed to the accident? It's so unsettling when someone just vanishes like that, and I hope the family finds some answers one day.
