I’ve been following the case of Johnathan L. Stewart and can’t help but feel frustrated by how little information is readily available about what happened to him. It's tragic to think that amidst the surge in violence that summer in Chicago, stories like Johnathan's might not have received the attention they deserve. From what I’ve read, August 2016 was a devastating time for the city, but each victim should be more than just a statistic. It’s painful to imagine what Johnathan’s family must be going through, possibly still waiting for answers. Has anyone tried accessing public records or archives for more information? I wonder if there are community organizations in Chicago that are focusing on these cold cases and supporting families in finding some form of justice or closure. If anyone has any leads or resources, I'd appreciate finding out more. My thoughts are with Johnathan’s loved ones and everyone affected by the violence during that period.
