I’ve been following Brook’s case for a while, and something that stands out to me is the area where she was last seen. There's a lot of foot traffic around Gulf Drive and U.S. Highway 19, especially at night. I wonder if anyone who regularly walks or drives through that area saw anything unusual on the night she disappeared? It seems like such a busy location, even in the early hours. Also, I think the connection, or lack thereof, with Timothy Johnson is interesting. Given his background, it’s frustrating that more evidence hasn’t surfaced around him, but it’s also surprising because you’d think known criminal activities in the area would ring more alarm bells. Just curious if anyone local or familiar with the case has more insights on whether he was truly investigated thoroughly? These cases do seem to get cold too quickly sometimes.
