Does anyone have more information on the tattoos Arturo had? I’m curious because sometimes the details in tattoos can be really personal and tell stories that might help piece together a person's social circle or past connections. The name "Evelyn" on his chest and the "Davalos" with a cross on his back - could these hint at important people or beliefs in his life? Maybe someone out there recognizes these tattoos and can provide some context that might assist in the investigation. It’s a long shot, but you never know what might lead to more substantial leads.
