Has anyone else been following the details around Brandon Bivens' case? The heartbreaking part for me is how his family must feel knowing that no arrests have been made, even after all this time. I can't imagine the frustration and sorrow they must be experiencing. I was reading about the vigils and marches held in his memory. It's uplifting to see the community come together like that, but it's also a stark reminder of the violence plaguing Chicago. It seems some witnesses heard gunshots and saw a vehicle speeding away, but no solid leads have come through. Does anyone know if there have been any updates in terms of any technological advancements or methods being used to try and crack cases like this? It feels like some cases get stuck in this limbo, and I really hope Brandon's family sees some justice soon.
