I’ve been following the tragic case of Termaine Hughes and Roger Griffin, and I can’t stop thinking about the implications for the community. It’s terrifying to think that such a violent crime occurred in what I’ve heard was a quiet neighborhood. The night of the incident around the 300 block of 28th Avenue must have been chaotic, and I can only imagine the fear that has gripped the community since. I really hope that any witnesses or anyone with the slightest piece of information feels compelled to come forward. It must be terrifying, but sharing what you know could be crucial in getting justice for Termaine and Roger. The Bellwood Police seem dedicated, but they need that missing link to move forward. My thoughts are with the families of both men, as they must be going through unimaginable pain right now. Hoping for some breakthrough soon.
