I've been following the discussions about Darion Gordon's case, and something that really stands out to me is the influence he had on his peers through both his music and his message. It speaks volumes about the kind of person he was and what he stood for. From what his friends have shared, Darion seemed to be someone who truly lived by what he rapped about. It's both inspiring and tragic to see someone so young understanding the importance of non-violence and trying to spread that message through his art. I can't help but think about the potential he had. What would his voice have grown into, and how many more lives could he have touched if given the chance?
