I can't help but think about how deeply Eric McNair's friends and family must be suffering right now. It's awful to know that gun violence continues to rip apart communities like West Garfield Park. Eric was only 20, just starting his life, and it's devastating that his future was stolen in an instant. The fact that there are no suspects or arrests yet is frustrating, and I hope that justice is served soon. It's crucial that anyone with information steps up. Maybe if more people come forward, the family can find some closure. My heart goes out to them during this unbelievably difficult time.
