Has anyone else been following Kenny Ivory's case from 2018? I recently came across some local news coverage and was struck by how deeply embedded in the community he was, especially at Excel Academy. It's always so wrenching when a young life is cut short like this. His connection with his best friend really got me thinking about how such tragedies ripple through the lives of those left behind, particularly the friends who were like family. Does anyone have more insight into how his school and neighborhood have coped since his passing? It's a harsh reality that so many families and friends in Chicago have to endure this kind of grief. Keeping Kenny's loved ones in my thoughts as they continue to seek justice and healing.
