Anyone else wonder about the inconsistencies in Sandy Todd Canipe's case? I've been following true crime stories for years, and this one is just puzzling. His friend said he was heading to a "local store," but has it ever been confirmed which store that was supposed to be? Shelby isn't a huge town, and you'd think someone might've seen Sandy on the way there or even on any security footage. It's been years, and with technology improving, would it be possible for authorities to take a second look at any surveillance footage from that night, even if it means checking with stores that might not have been obvious initially? It bothers me that they never found a single piece of evidence. More eyes, even on older stuff, might just turn up the smallest clue. Thoughts?
