I’ve been following Jalyn J.M. Jackson’s case closely and something that's been on my mind is the role that community support can play in bringing justice to his family. It's incredibly wrenching to think about how his life was cut short and how Nazaree has had to deal with such a traumatic experience while being pregnant. I can't imagine the fear and sorrow they must have experienced. I wonder if there are neighborhood groups or local organizations that can offer more support or protection for residents who might find themselves in similar situations. It makes me think about the power of communities coming together, not just for mourning but for active change. If anyone has information, no matter how small, coming forward could make all the difference. Hopefully, through collective effort, we can help to reduce violence and create safer environments for everyone.
