Does anyone have more info on the intersection where Jerry Crosby was shot? The 400 block of North Bouldin Street seems to come up a lot in discussions about crime in Baltimore around that time. Was it known for any significant gang activity or violence back in 2007? It's so upsetting to think about how many neighborhoods were affected by the surge in violence.
