Hey folks, I came across the missing persons case of Lacy D. Moreno and something struck me. The fact that she speaks both English and Spanish could mean she's able to blend into different communities more easily. I wonder if anyone has checked the areas in Tucson where Spanish is predominantly spoken? It might be possible she's staying there if she feels comfortable communicating in both languages.
